John J. Nolano brings an eclectic background in business and finance which expands his inventory of tools utilized to strengthen his real estate business, with a varied repertoire of experience in residential real estate, John brings a remarkable energy and distinct style to his role as Real Estate Professional.

John’s entrepreneurial savvy was evident early on when at the age of twenty-three, he bought his first investment property, which he quickly profited from and expanded it into many successful Restaurant and Bar businesses in his hometown of Philadelphia, PA. Presently he owns several investment properties in the Philadelphia area and has expanded his business into Construction and Property Management.



As a Graduate from Widener University, studying Paralegal Studies, Political Science and perfecting the Italian language, he took his people skills and management experience as a PA Real Estate Agent to the Philadelphia Market, now with over two decades of experience, John has added his New Jersey Real Estate License Serving the New Jersey real estate market as well, representing buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords. He has furthered his real estate education by acquiring his PA Broker License. He has an innate ability to determine his clients’ needs and an amiable nature which turns these clients into friends. John currently resides in Philadelphia PA and is an advocate in his neighborhood, sits on the board of his HOA as treasure, is a Husband & a Father of three. John is an active member of Suburban West Realtor's Association and the Real Estate Board of New Jersey.
